What was announced
On 17 October 2026 TypicalType posted that the Epic Minigames Halloween update was out, with a new quest and new minigames, and linked experience 277751860. The Roblox listing updated the next day still shows an event named Halloween Update, the line It's spooky time, and a separate Quest entry.
This page does not invent quest dialogue or reward names that were not in that post.
The Headless Horseman tutorial
A video posted the same day, How To Complete The Headless Horseman NPC Questline, is about that update and links the same experience. Use the video for step-by-step quest actions. Those steps are not reprinted here because the transcript was not captured.
Comments on that video say the NPC shows up in particular rounds, mostly luck maps such as Hedge Way Out, Balcony Bolt, and Cake Delivery, and also in Protect the Statue and Blue Block Building. That is a player report, not a full spawn table. If you are hunting the NPC, play the rotation and check those rounds when they appear. Do not leave the server just because one round had no NPC.
Codes and this event
Spooky25 is expired. Its later index reward is the Halloween Kitty. It is not a 2026 Halloween code. The only code marked active on 19 October 2026 is eleven for the Epic Cake, and that reward is not described as Halloween-limited.
Seasonal currencies left over after an event convert at 5 coins each on the published coin table. Pumpkins are named as one of those leftovers. Convert them from the in-game leftover prompt if it is still offered. Do not assume a pumpkin shop from 2025 is still open.

Expired codes with a spooky reward include BigBat for the Giant Bat, spooked for the Haunted title, and SCARYTUNES for the Spooky Guitar gear. They are archive entries on codes, not current claims.
